Uganda: Floating solar PV project procurement advances – African Energy

A utility-scale floating solar PV plant is expected to start Uganda’s procurement process for key engineering contracts in the near-term. The government is promoting the scheme, which has held discussions with major development finance institutions, as a blueprint for future FPV rollouts across Africa.
