Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), a Government of India-owned renewable energy implementation agency, has issued a tender for the design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing, commissioning and maintenance of a 70 MW ISTS-connected solar PV project paired with a 25 MW / 50 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS). The project will be developed at Ramagiri in Sri Sathya Sai district, Andhra Pradesh, under Package-1: Solar + BESS. The tender was published on June 24, 2026. A pre-bid meeting was held on July 6, 2026. Online and offline bid submissions will close on July 24, 2026, with bid opening scheduled later the same day. The tender will be conducted through an online process with an e-reverse auction.
