Pace Digitek Ltd said its subsidiary, Lineage Power Pvt Ltd (LPPL) has completed one year of commercial battery energy storage system (BESS) manufacturing at its facility in Bidadi, Karnataka.
According to the company, LPPL manufactured more than 260 utility-scale BESS containers during the year, representing more than 1.25 GWh of integrated storage capacity. Pace Digitek said this marks one of the largest utility-scale cell-to-BESS manufacturing achievements by an Indian company in a single year.
The company’s BESS unit integrates engineering, battery system assembly, container fabrication, power conversion systems (PCS), energy management systems (EMS), and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) capabilities under a single operating model.
“The experience gained from supporting multiple utility-scale BESS deployments has further strengthened the company’s end-to-end capabilities across engineering, manufacturing, commissioning and lifecycle services, creating a strong foundation for future growth,” Pace Digitek said in a statement.
