LEWISBURG — The deadline for contractors to submit bids to install solar panels on the East Buffalo Township municipal building is July 27.
A pre-bid meeting was held Tuesday for prospective bidders. Installing solar panels on the municipal building would cost an estimated $119,000, but save the township about $477,000 in electricity costs.
