Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd (SWREL), an Indian multinational renewable EPC company, today reported an unexecuted order value (UOV) of around INR 13,000 crore as of June 30, 2026, its highest since the Covid-19 pandemic.
The company said its domestic EPC business continues to be a key growth engine, with a domestic EPC order book of around INR 7,900 crore, providing revenue and growth visibility with steady gross margins at 9-10%.
Consolidated net profit for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27) increased 38% year-on-year to INR 53.27 crore from INR 38.69 crore in Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations stood at INR 1,590.13 crore, comprising INR 1,503.91 crore from EPC business, INR 84.80 crore from operations and maintenance (O&M) services, and INR 1.42 crore in other operating income, compared with INR 1,761.63 crore in Q1 FY26.
During the quarter, the company, through a 50-50 joint venture with Hassan Allam Construction (one of the leading contractors in Egypt and the MENA region), secured an order worth $560 million for the West Minya Solar Power Project in Minya Governorate, Egypt. The project comprises a 1,000 MW AC solar PV plant integrated with a 600 MWh battery energy storage system. Once complete, it will rank among Egypt’s largest utility-scale renewable developments.

In addition to the unprecedented UOV, the company has a bid pipeline of over 27.7 GW.
