ATTLEBORO — Developers of a solar farm planned at 103 Richardson Ave. are asking the city to approve a payment-in-lieu-of-taxes agreement for the project’s solar panels.
The proposed 6.435-megawatt DC solar development would occupy 44 acres owned by Attleboro Renewable Energy LLC.
