Power Capital Renewable Energy, an Irish solar project developer, has officially launched its 290 MW RESS 2 solar portfolio at Mainscourt Solar Farm in Ballyboughal, Ireland. The portfolio comprises seven utility-scale solar projects across the country. The launch brings the company’s renewable energy portfolio closer to 1 GW. Minister Darragh O’Brien and Barry Heneghan attended the event alongside public representatives, project partners and industry stakeholders. Landowners and members of the local community also participated in the launch. The company acknowledged the collaboration and investment involved in delivering the seven-project portfolio.
