MR Wind S.r.l., a company that has been active in the market for years with a focus on developing renewable energy initiatives, and its strategic partners have sold 100% of the share capital of three corporate vehicles holding as many ready-to-build photovoltaic projects, with a total capacity of about 5 MW, located in Campania, to a well-known independent renewable energy producer, active in developing sustainable photovoltaic plants throughout Italy.
The transaction was promoted and supported by LinkeGreen, a matchmaking company between developers and investors in the utility-scale renewable plant market, both greenfield and brownfield. LinkeGreen followed the parties throughout the entire negotiation process, from the meeting of supply and demand to the signing of the acquisition agreements.
MR Wind S.r.l. and its strategic partners were assisted by BIP Law & Tax, which supported the sellers in the negotiation of the related contractual documentation with a team made up of Equity Partner Marco Muscettola and Manager Marco Pellegrini.
