ML System stock: Polish patent adds to PhotonRoof technology portfolio – ad-hoc-news.de

ML System has received a patent decision from the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland for a photovoltaic structural element with a textured layer and a manufacturing method. The company reported the development in a release dated October 6, 2026, published on its official website.
According to ML System, the patented solution combines a photovoltaic cell with textured glass and a durable ceramic coating. The resulting products are designed to generate clean energy while also serving structural or protective functions and meeting architectural requirements.
The company says the technology can be used in photovoltaic facade panels, roof tiles and glazing. It is already incorporated into the PhotonWall facade range, PhotonRoof photovoltaic roof tiles and other building-integrated photovoltaics, or BIPV, solutions. ML System’s website also lists a separate October 15 update titled ML System Expands Photonroof. Another Patent and Over 23,000 sq m of Photovoltaic Roof Tiles in Orders.
The patent expands the documented technology portfolio, but the release does not quantify the direct financial contribution of the protected invention. Investors therefore need to distinguish the intellectual-property announcement from future sales, margins and cash flows.
Lang & Schwarz showed ML System at 3.20 euros on October 29, 2026, at 23:00 Berlin time. The quote is dated and valid, while no verified Xetra closing basis was available for a same-session comparison. A real-time quote of ML System stock is available separately.
The broader Polish equity market can be followed through the WIG 20; its direction does not establish a causal link to ML System’s patent announcement.
Current market reports provide additional context for trading conditions.
