Subject: Revised Draft Guidelines for setting up of 750 MW Grid Solar PV power projects with Viability Gap Funding (VGF) under Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission (JNNSM), Phase-II, Batch-I.

Reference Draft Guidelines for setting up of 750 MW Grid Solar PV power projects with Viability Gap Funding under JNNSM, Ph-II, B-1 hosted on this Ministry’s website on 18/4/2013. The Ministry is thankful to all the stakeholders for their valuable comments.

2. A revised draft based on inputs received and broad framework of the VGF scheme approved by Government is attached. Comments, if any, on these guidelines may please be sent to the undersigned latest by 10/10/2013. The final Guidelines will be published on MNRE website soon thereafter and will form an integral part of the RfS/ Bid Document for the projects to be issued by the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI).
