IMPORTANT: As mentioned in the RfS document, the Pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for the various stakeholders. The details are as follows:

Venue: Auditorium, SCOPE Convention Centre, SCOPE Complex, 7, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003

Date: 19.11.2013

Time: 11.00 A.M.-2.00 P.M. On-spot Registration shall commence from 09.00 A.M. Advanced registrations shall not be done.

Note: In view of space constraint at the venue, at most 2 representatives from each organization shall be allowed to participate in the meeting. Stakeholders are requested to cooperate with the same.

Bidders are requested that all the clarifications to be sought by them during the Pre-bid meeting may preferably be brought in hard copies, which would be deposited in a drop-box put up at the registration counter.

Potential Bidders are requested to kindly note that all clarifications pertaining to the RfS, PPA and VGF Securitization Agreement documents may be sought latest by 16th November 2013, so that the same could be clarified by SECI during the pre-bid meeting.
