Implementation of 500 MW Grid Connected Roof Top Solar PV System Scheme in Different States of India

The bidding process under this Rooftop scheme is for 500 MWp comprising of CAPEX Model (300 MWp) & RESCO Model (200 MWp)

The bidding process under this rooftop scheme is for PART-A (CAPEX Only), PART-B (RESCO Only) and Part – C (Capex Only) for residential and small capacities. Bidder can bid for PART-A or PART-B or Part C as per the eligibility criterion of RfS. Bidders can also bid combination of Part A & Part B together.

Under PART-A, Bidder can apply for minimum aggregate capacity of 500 kWp and maximum aggregate capacity of 20 MW.

Under PART-B, Bidder can apply for the minimum aggregate bid capacity of 2 MWp and maximum aggregate bid capacity of 40 MWp.

Under PART-C, Bidder can apply for the minimum aggregate bid capacity of 100 kWp and maximum aggregate bid capacity of 4 MWp
