DRC: CrossBoundary commissions pioneering baseload solar-solar plant – African Energy

CrossBoundary Energy has commissioned a vast solar PV-battery IPP providing baseload to the Kamoa-Kakula mine in Lualaba province, Democratic Republic of Congo. It is Africa’s largest-ever renewable C&I plant and further bolsters the world-scale mine’s position as the continent’s largest commercial offtaker of renewable energy
