Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Saatvik Green Energy Limited, has commenced commercial production of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules at its manufacturing facility in Gopalpur Industrial Park, Ganjam district, Odisha. Production at the facility has commenced under Phase I, which has an installed capacity of approximately 1.3 GW.
Furthermore, the facility is being developed as part of the company’s initial public offering objectives, with the prospectus dated September 23, 2025, outlining plans for a 4 GW solar PV module manufacturing unit. The remaining capacity is scheduled to be commissioned in subsequent phases.
Earlier, in May 2026, Saatvik Green Energy Limited secured an order worth Rs 1.71 billion for the supply of solar modules for a utility-scale solar project for a domestic independent power producer. Saatvik will supply TOPCon bifacial glass-glass solar photovoltaic modules as part of the order.
