Incentives /Subsidies by MNRE for Renewable Energy Products

The Ministry of New & Renewable Energy has been providing  incentives/subsidy for the number of renewable energy products/systems available in the market to make these products affordable to consumers. Among these are: Solar Water Heating System, Solar Cookers, Solar Home Lighting Systems, Solar Lanterns, Solar Street Lighting Systems, Solar Pumps, Family Type Biogas Plants, Small Wind Turbines, Water Mills. Renewable Energy products are relatively expansive.
