| Date of opening of price part: To be notified after Technical Bid Evaluation (www.eproc.bihar.gov.in) The RfP Project documents are available at website www.eproc.bihar.gov.in. The Response to RfP must be accompanied with scanned copy of Demand Draft in favour of “Senior Manager, Finance & Accounts, (Sectt.), Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Limited” payable at Patna towards the RfP document Fee, Bid Processing Fee & EMD in form of Bank Guarantee failing which the Proposal shall be summarily rejected (original Demand Draft towards the tender Document Fee, Bid Processing Fee & EMD to be submitted to Chief Engineer, Transmission (O&M) before the due date and time for submission of online Bid). Further, BSPHCL reserves the right to amend/ cancel the tender notice without assigning any reasons whatsoever and without any liability.
