Draft MERC (Terms and conditions for determination of Renewable Energy Tariff) Regulations, 2015

The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission has prepared draft MERC (Terms and conditions for determination of Renewable Energy Tariff) Regulations, 2015.

The proposed Regulations would supersede the earlier Regulations of 2010.

The draft Regulations have been placed on the Commission’s websites http://www.merc.gov.in / www. mercindia.org.in in downloadable format along with an Approach Paper.

The Commission invites written comments, suggestions and/or objections on the draft Regulations. These may be sent in 6 (1+5) copies to the Secretary, MERC, 13th floor, Centre No.1, World Trade Centre, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai 400005 personally or by post; or sent by Fax or E-mail [Fax No.022-22163976, E-mail: mercindia@merc.gov.in].

All comments, suggestions and objections received on or before 17th August, 2015 shall be considered by the Commission before finalising the draft Regulations
