In continuation of this Ministry’s recent sanction order of even of even number dated 30
th Oct. 2012 reg. additions/amendments in the above mentioned scheme , I am directed to convey the sanction of the President of India for re-fixing / revising the benchmark cost of the following systems in the following manner, with immediate effect and accordingly the existing provisions in paragraph 5.3 of the aforesaid scheme which was earlier amended vide sanction order of even number dated 6.5.2011, will be further amended as under, for implementation during the remaining period of the Financial year 2012-13:-
